Very happy with the order that came earlier than expected.
I chose maple protein based on the comments. This flavour works well for many things: smoothies, in coffee, shakes with oat-milk and ice. Perfect with my training.
I love the electrolytes, especially during this hot weather stretch. The light citrus flavour is not too sweet… I love this! Nice and mild, unlike the strong candy flavour of a sports drink.

I’m a 68-year-old woman from Calgary, working with my doctor and the Alberta Obesity Clinic to improve my health. One of the big changes has been getting more protein into my diet, and that’s where V-Power Plant-Based Protein Powder comes in.
My son, who’s very active, introduced me to it. He’s a big fan of the Strawberry flavour (and I like it too), but I’ve really taken to the Canadian Maple. It tastes great, blends well, and works perfectly in the recipes my nutritionist gives me.
I’ve played recreational hockey for years, but last season I noticed my stamina wasn’t what it used to be.
