Here's how our Pumped Guarantee™ works:

1. Time Frame: You can return your VEGAIN product within 30 days of the original purchase date. We believe this time frame gives you enough opportunity to fully experience our product and make an informed decision about your satisfaction.
2. Return Process: To initiate a return, simply contact our Customer Support Team at support@vegain.ca. Provide us with your order number or proof of purchase from an authorized retailer as well as a brief description of the reason for your return. Our team will then guide you through the next steps.

3. Refund: Once we receive your returned product and confirm that it is eligible for our Pumped Guarantee, we will process your refund. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7-10 business days and will cover the value paid for the product.
4. Return Shipping: The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
 
Please note:

Our Pumped Guarantee™ applies only to products purchased directly from VEGAIN or our authorized retailers.
The guarantee does not cover products that have been tampered with, misused, or damaged due to improper storage or handling.
The guarantee is limited to one return per product type per customer.
We will not accept empty containers or any containers filled with flour, cat litter, or any other fun substances you (we test the returned products).
In extreme cases where there is reason to believe that our Pumped Guarantee™ is being taken advantage of, our team may exercise discretion in deciding whether to issue a refund.
