I sent an email to you guys a while back with no response. I still have one completely unopened box/package of the strawberry milkshake flavour. I was hoping to return it and get a pineapple surge tub instead. No response. Really disappointing because I actually really like the pineapple surge.

Firstly, thank you for the thoughtful note and the extra treats in the box. When I opened it, I realize you had a connection with our son, but I certainly didn’t expect the kind message and goodies. That was incredibly thoughtful—well done! I was very impressed.
Earlier in my life, protein powders and supplements were a regular part of my workout routine. It’s been quite a while since then, so I was a little skeptical about how my body and digestion would respond to adding them back in. I’m happy to report that it’s been great—no issues at all.
My only critique is that I find it a bit sweet for my taste, but that may just be my personal preference.
Overall, I really appreciate the quality and care you’ve put into the product and the customer experience. Please keep up the great work.
